We are confident in the quality and durability of our products. That’s why Aesculap offers a 12-month warranty on motor faults and a 6-month warranty on all other faults. To initiate a warranty claim, the product must undergo inspection by Aesculap or their nominated supplier. If the fault is covered by the warranty, the item will be repaired and returned to the customer, with the warranty period continuing from the original purchase date. Replacement parts installed during the repair carry a 6-month warranty. In the rare event that the fault cannot be corrected within the warranty period, a full refund will be offered. Please note that the warranty does not cover alterations or damages due to misuse.
