To initiate a warranty claim, the product must undergo inspection by Aesculap or their nominated supplier. If the fault is covered by the warranty, the item will be repaired and returned to the customer, with the warranty period continuing from the original purchase date. Replacement parts installed during the repair carry a 6-month warranty. In the rare event that the fault cannot be corrected within the warranty period, a full refund will be offered. Please note that the warranty does not cover alterations or damages due to misuse.

The warranty is subject to product inspection by Aesculap or their nominated supplier.

If the product/fault is within warranty, the item will be repaired and returned to the customer. The warranty period will continue from the original purchase date. Any replacement parts will have a 6-month warranty period from the date of repair.

In the event that the fault cannot be corrected and the product is within the warranty period, a full refund will be offered.

The warranty is not valid if the product has been altered or damaged due to misuse.

If a fault is not covered by the warranty, the item will be returned to the customer.
