Due to the extra administrative tasks involved in preparing packages and the time required for customers to process them upon arrival in the UK, delivery times have been affected.
While many of our products are stocked locally in the UK, our larger products over 10kg – 20kg are still housed in our European warehouse. As such, please anticipate a delivery timeframe of approximately seven to ten working days for these items.
Shipping to Scottish highlands may also incur an additional shipping fee. Once we have received your order, you will receive a notice should there be any additional shipping charges.

As we rely on a third-party courier service for deliveries, there may occasionally be delays beyond our control. If your product is delivered outside of our delivery guarantee, please let us know, and we’ll send you complimentary toys to make up for any inconvenience!
